不断发展的天气观测和预报系统,使得危险天气下空域容量评估研究成为空中交通管理研究者的关注热点。基于最大流最小割扩展定理思想,采用合成的确定型天气数据,应用Folyd算法求解最短路径,计算危险天气下扇区最大通行量。通过随机出多组天气数据,拟合回归危险天气覆盖扇区面积百分比与扇区最大通行量的方程式和曲线。仿真结果表明,回归方程拟合准确度较高,对于预测危险天气对扇区的影响有一定借鉴意义。
The continuous development of weather observation and forecasting system makes the study of airspace capacity assessment in hazardous weather a hot topic for air traffic management researchers. Based on the theorem of maximum flow minimum cut extension theorem, the definitive weather data is synthesized and the Folyd algorithm is used to solve the shortest path to calculate the maximum throughput of sectors in dangerous weather. By randomly generating multiple sets of weather data, the equations and curves of the areas covered by the dangerous weather covering the area percentage and the maximum sector throughput are fitted. The simulation results show that the fitting accuracy of the regression equation is high, which is of significance for predicting the impact of dangerous weather on the sector.
