首先分析了田间育秧气吸振动盘式精密播种机的运动特点,论述了播种机调水平的必要性。其次,在构造的调水平并联机构的基础上,运用螺旋理论分析了该并联机构自由度以及动平台的运动特性,证明了该机构能够满足调水平的要求。采用矢量封闭形方法和齐次坐标变换法对并联机构进行了位置正反解分析,得出了机构输入与输出的位置关系表达式,为播种机水平调节提供了理论依据。最后,设计了先进实用的调水平机构驱动副。
First of all, it analyzed the movement characteristics of seedling suction seedling tractor in the field and discussed the necessity of adjusting the level of sowing machine. Secondly, on the basis of the constructed horizontal parallel mechanism, the degree of freedom of the parallel mechanism and the kinematic characteristics of the movable platform are analyzed by the helical theory, and the mechanism is proved to meet the requirement of leveling. The closed-form vector method and the homogeneous coordinate transformation method were used to analyze the position and orientation of the parallel mechanism. The expressions of the positional relationship between the input and the output of the mechanism were obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for the level adjustment of the seeder.
