IQ200尿沉渣定量分析仪与Mejer-700尿液干化学分析仪联合应用在尿路感染诊断中的价值

目的研究IQ200尿沉渣定量分析仪与Mejer-700尿液干化学分析仪单用或联合应用,对诊断尿路感染的价值。方法纳入2016年1月至4月本院门诊及住院疑似尿路感染患者188例为对象,采集尿液标本,分别以IQ100尿沉渣定量分析仪和Mejer-700尿液干化学分析仪检测,并以尿细菌定量培养为金标准,判断2种仪器检测方案单用或联用的诊断价值。结果尿细菌定量培养显示,阳性51例,占27.1%;IQ200尿沉渣定量分析仪显示阳性61例,其中真阳性32例,检测灵敏度0.627、特异度0.788、阳性预测值0.525、阴性预测值0.850、检测准确率为74.5%;Mejer-700尿液干化学分析仪显示阳性35例,其中真阳性18例,检测灵敏度0.353、特异度0.876、阳性预测值0.514、阴性预测值0.784、检测准确率为73.4%;2种仪器检测方案联用,检测准确率为83.5%,明显高于单用方案,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IQ200尿沉渣定量分析仪与Mejer-700尿液干化学分析仪联合应用对诊断尿路感染有一定价值,能够作为早期诊断尿路感染的补充手段。 Objective To study the value of urine sediment analyzer IQ200 and Mejer-700 urine chemical analyzer alone or in combination to diagnose urinary tract infection. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight outpatients and suspected urinary tract infections in our hospital from January to April in 2016 were enrolled in this study. Urine specimens were collected and tested with IQ100 urine sediment analyzer and Mejer-700 urine dry chemical analyzer respectively To quantitative culture of urine bacteria as the gold standard, to determine the diagnostic value of two kinds of instruments testing program alone or in combination. Results Quantitative culture of urinary bacteria showed that 51 cases were positive, accounting for 27.1%. IQ200 urine sediment quantitative analyzer showed 61 cases positive, of which 32 cases were true positive, the detection sensitivity was 0.627, the specificity was 0.788, the positive predictive value was 0.525, the negative predictive value was 0.850, The detection accuracy was 74.5%. Mejer-700 urine dry chemical analyzer showed 35 positive samples, of which 18 were true positive, the detection sensitivity was 0.353, the specificity was 0.876, the positive predictive value was 0.514, the negative predictive value was 0.784, the detection accuracy was 73.4 %. The detection accuracy of the two kinds of instruments was 83.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the single treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of IQ200 urinary sediment quantitative analyzer and Mejer-700 urine dry chemical analyzer has certain value in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection, which can be used as a supplementary method to diagnose urinary tract infection in the early stage.
