为了解天津市流行性乙型脑炎传播媒介环境分布,于2009—2014年采用灯诱法对流行性乙型脑炎传播媒介的密度、种类构成及季节消长进行调查,对2010—2014年捕获的成蚊样品以逆转录-聚合酶链式扩增(RT-PCR)进行病原学检测。结果显示,2009—2014蚊虫年平均密度分别为12.48、16.64、18.82、11.09,8.99、6.36只/(h·灯),淡色库蚊为优势种群,2009—2014年占93.0%~98.2%,流行性乙型脑炎传播媒介在天津全境存在,2010年检测出病毒携带为G1型。
In order to understand the environmental distribution of Japanese encephalitis transmission media in Tianjin, the density, species composition and seasonal fluctuation of the Japanese encephalitis transmission media were investigated using light-induced method from 2009 to 2014.
