目的探讨毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿血清人中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(HNE)和α1-抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AT)的表达水平及其关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定22例毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿和15例毛细支气管炎不合并心力衰竭患儿以及9例健康体检儿童HNE和α1-AT含量。结果毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿HNE、α1-AT水平较毛细支气管炎不合并心力衰竭患儿和正常对照儿童明显升高,差异有统计学意义;毛细支气管炎不合并心力衰竭患儿HNE、α1-AT水平高于正常对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义;毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿HNE、α1-AT,差异有统计学意义;毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿HNE和α1-AT在毛细支气管炎并心力衰竭发展和治疗过程中呈正相关。结论 HNE和α1-AT参与了毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭的病理过程;且二者表达呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum human neutrophil elastase (HNE) and α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT) in children with bronchiolitis and heart failure. Methods The levels of HNE and α1-AT in 22 children with bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure and 15 children with bronchiolitis without heart failure and 9 healthy children were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of HNE and α1-AT in children with bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure were significantly higher than those in children with bronchiolitis without heart failure and controls. The difference was statistically significant. The children with bronchiolitis without HNE, α1-AT levels in children with bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure were significantly higher than those in normal children (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. HNE and α1-AT in children with bronchiolitis and heart failure were statistically significant. There was a positive correlation between bronchiolitis and heart failure progression and treatment. Conclusion HNE and α1-AT are involved in the pathological process of bronchiolitis complicated with heart failure. The expression of HNE and α1-AT are positively correlated with each other.
