1.前言提高牙钻转速,改善切削性能,减少临床治疗时病者的痛苦,这是牙钻发展的主要趋向。目前国外已广泛采用40~45万转/分空气轴承涡轮牙钻,代替滚动轴承涡轮牙钻。装有空气轴承的牙钻机与装有微型高速滚珠轴承的牙钻机相比具有如下特点: 1.牙钻刀的转速快,工作时病人还来不及感到疼痛,切削即已完毕(切削速度远远快于神经的传递速度)。
