介绍了惯性平台系统陀螺加矩电路工作原理和基于NI公司LabView平台开发测试系统方法。充分利用LabView软件平台在自动化测试领域的优势,结合具有可编程FPGA板卡和7位半万用表板卡,针对陀螺加矩电路设计了自动化陀螺加矩电路数字并行总线控制、粗加矩电路功能测试和精加矩恒流输出稳定性测试方案,并通过实验验证了以上方案的正确性和有效性,提高了陀螺加矩电路板测试效率。
This paper introduces the principle of the gyro plus torque circuit of inertial platform system and the method of developing test system based on NI LabView platform. Taking full advantage of LabView software platform in the field of automated testing, combined with a programmable FPGA board and a 7 semi-multimeter board card, the design of the gyro plus torque circuit for automatic gyro plus torque digital parallel bus control, coarse torque function test circuit And precision plus constant current output stability of the test program, and verified by experiments the correctness and effectiveness of the above programs to improve the gyro torque test board to increase the efficiency.
