为解决铁水脱硫扒渣导致的铁损问题,通过对铁水脱硫渣物性及铁水扒损产生原因分析,采取水模冷态试验、500kg试验炉热态试验、十字型喷气枪设计及100t铁水罐工业生产试验,进行了铁水罐涌动式扒渣技术研究。研究结果表明:铁水罐倾动角度范围可满足2支喷枪垂直插入铁水,在铁水自下而上涌动力作用下铁水表面一半裸露,另一半顶渣呈“半圆形”淤积在扒渣口便于扒渣;对于100t铁水罐涌动式扒渣与常规扒渣方式相比,实现扒渣时间从11min缩短到7min,铁损从5.89t/罐减少到2.97t/罐,且不需要添加聚渣剂。
