作者认为，生产资料参与创造价值论误解马克思劳动价值理论体系，其中包括：误解马克思的劳动二重性学说；忽视马克思的旧价值转移和新价值的创造理论；误解马克思的价值本质理论。此外，还误解马克思的劳动过程理论，误解马克思的劳动生产力理论，误解马克思的总体工人复杂劳动和简单劳动理论，忽视了马克思运用唯物主义方法分析资本主义经济过程。
The author believes that the means of production participate in creating value theory to misunderstand the theoretical system of Marxist labor value, including: misunderstanding Marx’s labor duality theory; ignoring Marx’s old value transfer and the creation of new value theory; misunderstanding Marx’s theory of the value essence. In addition, he misunderstood Marx’s labor process theory, misunderstood Marx’s theory of labor productivity, misunderstood Marx’s complicated labor and simple labor theory, and neglected Marx’s use of materialism to analyze the capitalist economic process.
