对发生滞后断裂的30MnSi钢筋进行了检测分析,经检验其断裂的原因为钢筋在热处理加热时钢筋与加热线圈接触打火表面产生了异常的马氏体组织,由于该组织的内应力较大导致钢筋滞后断裂。
