一般果树植物的种子,均需经过一个相当长的后熟休眠阶段和低温处理过程,才能在第二年春天播种后进行正常的萌发和生长。通过试验,我们可以随时用一定浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)处理沉睡着的果树种子,诱导它们进入正常的萌发和生长。一、试材与方法 (一)、用去皮的苹果杂交种子或一般苹果种子,先在70%的酒精溶液里消毒1~1.5分钟,再在的0.1%汞溶液里消毒5~6分钟,然后用蒸溜水冲洗三遍,最后在无菌条件下,将其接种附在加0.5ppm六苄基嘌呤和1~1.5ppm吲哚乙酸的MS培养基上。然后将其移于室温26~27℃,相对湿度80%左右和光照1000~1500勒克斯条件下培养1~2周后,再转入沙培和土培。
