我们采用下鼻道逆行植入硅胶管至下泪小点深部外固定 ,治疗慢性泪囊炎和单纯性鼻泪管阻塞 ,克服了经典插管术的缺点 ,获得满意疗效 ,现介绍如下 :1 临床资料慢性泪囊炎 16例 18眼 ,单纯性鼻泪管阻塞 12例 12眼 ;男 8例 8眼 ,女 2 0例 2 2眼 ;年龄 12 ～ 68岁 ;病程 1～10年。2
