为了解决万安水电站厂内集水井排污问题,设计采用了射流泥浆泵装置。利用射流泵进行电站厂内集水井排污,这在国内尚属少见,对此曾进行过多方面的探讨。为了解决计算方面的不足,采用了计算机辅助设计,从而取得了良好的效果,提高了设计精度。为配合射流泥浆泵的正常运行,同时设计了一套气、水冲泥系统。本文论述了射流泥浆泵的计算机辅助设计方法与万安水电站厂内集水井排污系统的设计。
In order to solve the Wan’an hydropower plant water collection wells sewage problems, the design uses a jet mud pump device. This paper discusses the computer aided design of jet mud pump and the design of the sewage collection system of the catchment in Wan’an Hydropower Plant.
