某男,28岁,1993年11月25日入院健康疗养,病案号:38653,因患腰肌劳损于28日下午4时内服壮腰健肾丸3.5g(56粒),当晚7h许又出现牙龈广泛性出血约3～5min,未经处理出血自停,此后无不适感。第二日4时又服上药,晚7时又出现广泛性牙龈出血,停药后再无出血症状。服药前后口腔检查未见异常。平时健康无出血性疾病,亦无牙龈出血史。查血常规、出凝血时间、血小板、血块收缩时间、肝功均正常,停药后再无出血。
