在150元—200元之间;对在国内外有重大影响的革命老区,国家则放宽标准在200元—300元之间。根据1986年的统计,这331个贫困县农民平均年收入为208元,相当于当年农村人口平均收入的52％。与此同时,各个省和自治区也依据自己的经济发展水平和承受能力,划定了368个省级贫困县,其标准稍高于国家贫困县标准。截止1994年5月1日贫困标准虽有所提高,但国家和省、自治区两级贫困县仍有699个。
In 150 yuan -200 yuan between; at home and abroad have a significant impact on the old revolutionary base areas, the state relaxed the standard between 200 -300 yuan. According to 1986 statistics, the average annual income of peasants in these 331 impoverished counties is 208 yuan, equivalent to 52% of the average income of the rural population in that year. At the same time, 368 provincial-level poverty-stricken counties have also been designated by each province and autonomous region according to their level of economic development and affordability, with the standard slightly higher than that of the national poverty-stricken counties.
