静脉注射血卟啉衍生物后48～72小时,应用图象增强仪-纤维内窥镜-光照系统对14例胃癌、1例食管癌和4例胃溃疡进行荧光观察,获得较好的结果,但还存在假阴性。本文探讨了影响观察荧光的一些因素。
48-72 hours after intravenous injection of hematoporphyrin derivative, fluorescence enhancement was observed in 14 cases of gastric cancer, 1 case of esophageal cancer, and 4 cases of gastric ulcer using image intensifier-fiberscope-light system. However, there are false negatives. This article discusses some of the factors that affect the observed fluorescence.
