Some calcium blockers can affect the digoxin pharmacokinetic process, and therefore should consider adjusting the dose of digoxin. This article studies the effect of nifedipine on serum digoxin concentrations. 14 cases of heart disease, 10 males and 4 females; aged 49 to 75 (average 64.1 ± 8.4) years. Digoxin maintenance 0.25mg / d (13 cases), 0.375mg / d (1 case). Of these, 13 were coronary heart disease and 1 was hypertension. Combination of nifedipine given dose of 30 ~ 60mg / d, radioimmunoassay determination of taking heartache given serum digoxin concentration, and for statistical analysis. Results Eight patients were determined during hospitalization. The mean digoxin concentration was 0.92 ± 0.5 ng / ml before and after 4 days of treatment. The concentration of digoxin was
