目的:探讨微信群在临床护理管理中的作用。方法:将消化内科病区内的22名护理人员纳入研究,通过问卷调查、专科知识考核、护理差错率统计等方式,评价应用微信群前后的管理效果。结果:与2014年的非微信群管理期相比,2015年的微信群管理期护士信息知晓率和护理管理满意度明显提高(P<0.01),专科知识考核成绩较前提升(P<0.05),护理差错率显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:微信群的应用可高效传达日常护理信息,增强护士的学习积极性,提高护理质量,降低护士差错率,使护际关系融洽和谐,护士的工作满意度提高。
Objective: To explore the role of WeChat population in clinical nursing management. Methods: Twenty-two nurses in the ward of digestive diseases were included in the study, and the management effects before and after the application of the WeChat group were evaluated by means of questionnaires, specialist knowledge assessment and nursing error rate statistics. Results: Compared with the non-WeChat management period in 2014, the awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the WeChat management period nurses in 2015 increased significantly (P <0.01), and the scores of specialist knowledge examination increased significantly (P <0.05) , Nursing error rate decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of WeChat Group can effectively convey the daily nursing information, enhance nurses’ enthusiasm for learning, improve the quality of nursing, reduce the error rate of nurses, make the interpersonal relationship harmonious and harmonious, and improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
