对美国医疗信息行业而言,如何实现电子健康档案的“有意义使用”已经成为最热门的话题之一。统计数据显示,2008～2009年美国实施电子健康档案的医院增长非常缓慢,仅从8.7%上升到11.9%,其中只有2%的医院能够满足电子健康档案“有意义使用”第一阶段标准。美国“经济与临床医疗信息技术法案”规定,只有满足“有意义使用”的评价标准,才能获得政府提供的奖金。
One of the hottest topics for the U.S. medical information industry is how to make “meaningful uses” of electronic health records. Statistics show that in the United States from 2008 to 2009, the number of hospitals implementing EHRs grew very slowly, only from 8.7% to 11.9%. Only 2% of the hospitals were able to meet the EHR criteria of “meaningful use” . The United States “Economic and Clinical Information Technology Act” provides that only to meet “meaningful use ” evaluation criteria, in order to obtain government bonuses.
