随着医疗保险(简称医保)支付制度改革的深入,公立医院的医疗行为和经营管理受到了较大影响。在新形势下,大部分公立医院摒弃了原来以项目支付为主的后付费方式,取而代之的是以医保总额预付为主、其他支付方式为辅的混合支付方式。本文在简要分析医保支付制度改革给公立医院带来影响的基础上,以J医院为例,提出几点应对之举。(一)医保支付制度改革对公立医院 With the deepening reform of the medical insurance (hereinafter referred to as Medicare) payment system, the medical behavior and operation and management of public hospitals have been greatly affected. Under the new situation, most public hospitals abandon the original payment-based post-payment, which is replaced by a hybrid payment mode mainly based on the total amount of medical insurance and other payment methods. Based on a brief analysis of the impact of the reform of Medicare payment system on public hospitals, this paper takes J Hospital as an example and puts forward some countermeasures.
