目的了解贵德县健康儿童百日咳、白喉、破伤风、麻疹、乙型肝炎(乙肝)、儿童结核病和脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)免疫状况。方法抽取部分不同年龄组健康儿童,按卫生部《计划免疫技术管理规程》(1998年版)规定的方法进行抗体水平检测。结果百日咳抗体保护率72%,白喉抗体保护率87%,破伤风抗体保护率89%,麻疹抗体保护率74%,乙肝抗体保护率74%,脊灰Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型抗体保护率100%,卡介苗12周阳转率82.35%。结论贵德县0～6岁儿童中脊灰、白喉、破伤风和卡介苗抗体具有较高的免疫水平,达到卫生部规定目标(85%),百日咳保护抗体水平,抗-HBs保护率和麻疹抗体保护率未达到免疫成功率指标。
Objective To understand the immunodeficiency status of pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, measles, hepatitis B (hepatitis B), childhood tuberculosis and poliomyelitis (poliomyelitis) in healthy children in Guide County. Methods Some healthy children of different age groups were drawn, and antibody levels were measured according to the regulations of “Regulations of Immunization Technology Management of the Ministry of Public Health” (1998 edition). Results The rates of protection against pertussis were 72%, 87% for diphtheria, 89% for tetanus, 74% for measles, 74% for hepatitis B and 61% for poliovirus types Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. 100%, BCG 12 weeks positive rate of 82.35%. CONCLUSIONS Poliomyelitis, diphtheria, tetanus and BCG antibodies in children aged 0 ~ 6 years in Guide County have a high level of immunity, reaching the target (85%) prescribed by the Ministry of Health, the level of protective antibodies against pertussis, the protection rate of anti-HBs and the measles antibody Protection rate did not meet the immune success rate indicators.
