本文系统地分析CCD刷式扫描成像系统的灵敏度,并导出了系统的NEΔρ方程,此结果能有效地用于实际的工程设计。按此,能合理地选择系统参数,并灵活地平衡各参数间的关系。 这里对系统的MTF也进行了全面的分析。除对后置电路的MTF作了进一步的分析外,还特别根据CCD本身的工作特点,对CCD光敏面的积分MTF进行了严格的分析,得出了MTF的准确结果,从而使我们能改正已有文献中所引用的一些不确切的MTF的表达式。
This paper systematically analyzes the sensitivity of the CCD brush scanning imaging system and deduces the NEΔρ equation of the system.
