双酚A通过塑料食品包装材料迁移到食品中,从而被人体吸收,其可诱发多种疾病,对人体健康产生危害。该食品安全问题已引起国内外广泛关注,诸多研究表明双酚A可诱发肿瘤、影响生育等疾病,近年来又发现双酚A对记忆能力也有较大负面影响。本文从信号通路、突触可塑性与结构修饰、表观遗传修饰的改变等方面阐述双酚A对动物海马区记忆功能的影响及其机制方面的研究进行综述,以引起广大相关研究者的重视,并为食品安全防范提供科学依据。

In this paper, the effects of bisphenol A on the memory function of hippocampus in animal and its mechanism are reviewed in the aspects of signal pathway, synaptic plasticity and structure modification, epigenetic modification and so on, in order to arouse the attention of researchers, And to provide a scientific basis for food safety precautions.
