ABC法研究猴、猫前庭神经核簇(VN)内含Y-氨基丁酸(GABA)神经元胞体和终末的分布。小型GABA免疫反应阳性神经元主要位于前庭神经内侧核(MVN)头侧半和y群腹侧部。散在于神经网的阳性终末亦呈类似分布趋势。前庭神经外侧核(LVN)尾背侧部阴性的大型神经元胞体和近端树突周围有密集的阳性终末。猴前庭神经上核(SVN)和MVN头端等处的一些中型阴性神经元亦被阳性终末环绕,提示绒球小结叶对前庭眼肌反射的调节。
ABC method to study monkey and cat vestibular nucleus (VN) containing Y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) neuronal somatosome and terminal distribution. Small GABA immunoreactive neurons are mainly located in the medial vestibular medial nucleus (MVN) of the first half and y group ventral. The positive terminal scattered in the neural network also showed a similar distribution trend. Large neurons in the dorsal and dorsal lateral vestibulolateral nucleus (LVN) have dense positive terminals around large dendritic cells and proximal dendrites. Some medial negative neurons such as the SVN and the MVN head were also surrounded by positive terminals, suggesting the regulation of psoas reflexes in the vestibular eye.
