酒店业作为服务行业,发展速度很快,但是,人才流失严重。如何培育一支与企业发展相匹配的酒店从业人员队伍是当今业界亟需解决的问题。本文结合金肯职业技术学院酒店管理专业校企合作的实际,从课程结构、实践教学体系等方面探讨合适的人才培养方案。
Hospitality industry as a service industry, the rapid development, however, serious brain drain. How to nurture a team of hotel workers that match the development of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved by the industry today. In this paper, Jin Ken Vocational and Technical College hotel management professional schools and enterprises in the actual cooperation, from the curriculum structure, practical teaching system to explore suitable personnel training programs.
