目的:研究了奶粉中叶黄素的高效液相色谱测定方法。本文作者改进了国标GB/T 23209-2008中规定的方法。同时作者也摸索了叶黄素添加剂的检测方法。方法:采用饱和盐溶液溶解样品,BHT丙酮提取叶黄素,通过梯度洗脱分离,用高效液相色谱可见光检测器检测。结果:线性方程为Y=640015X-2420.1,相关系数R2=0.9998。本方法回收率可达到95%~102%,相对标准偏差为3.28%,线性范围是0.1~1.0ug/mL,方法检出限为0.02mg/kg。结论:本方法操作简便,快速,准确,稳定,很适合于测定奶粉以及添加剂中叶黄素的含量。
Objective: To study the determination of lutein in milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography. The author of this article has improved the method stipulated in national standard GB / T 23209-2008. At the same time, the author also explored the detection method of lutein additive. Methods: Samples were dissolved with saturated salt solution, lutein was extracted with BHT acetone, separated by gradient elution and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with visible light detector. Results: The linear equation is Y = 640015X-2420.1, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9998. The recovery of this method can reach 95% ~ 102%, the relative standard deviation is 3.28%, the linear range is 0.1 ~ 1.0ug / mL, the detection limit is 0.02mg / kg. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and stable. It is suitable for the determination of lutein in milk powder and additives.
