目的评价白内障超声乳化术辅以斧劈式碎核技术的手术疗效。方法对１００例Ⅲ～Ⅳ级硬核病人行超声乳化辅以斧劈式碎核技术手术，并与大切口囊外摘出人工晶体植入术４０例进行比较。结果超乳组术后视力，散光，角膜变化明显优于囊外手术组。结论白内障超声乳化辅以斧劈式碎核技术是治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ级硬核白内障的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of cataract phacoemulsification combined with ax split nuclear technology. Methods 100 cases of Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade hard nucleus patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with ax split nuclear surgery, and 40 cases of extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation were compared. Results The postoperative visual acuity, astigmatism and corneal changes of phacoemulsification group were significantly better than those of extracapsular surgery group. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with axillary fragmentation is an effective method for the treatment of grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ cataract.
