目的通过实验室检测来确定一起细菌性食物中毒的病原菌。方法根据GB14938-94《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》中GB4789《食品卫生检验方法》(微生物学部分)对留样食品(8份)、粪便标本(5份)及患者肛拭(2份)共15份样品来进行实验室检测分析。结果从2份留样食品、粪便标本(5份)及患者肛拭(2份)共9份样品中检出弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌9株。结论该起细菌性食物中毒由弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌引起。以后工作中应加强卫生监督和管理。从业人员应加强卫生知识培训,防止食物中毒的发生。
Objective To determine the pathogen of bacterial food poisoning through laboratory tests. Methods According to GB14938-94 “Diagnostic criteria and technical treatment of food poisoning” in GB4789 “food hygiene test method” (Microbiology part) of the remaining samples of food (8), stool samples (5) and patients anal swab (2 ) A total of 15 samples for laboratory testing and analysis. Results Nine strains of Citrobacter freundii were detected in 9 samples from 2 samples, stool samples (5 samples) and anal swab (2 samples). Conclusion The bacterial food poisoning is caused by Citrobacter freundii. Future work should strengthen health supervision and management. Practitioners should strengthen health knowledge training to prevent food poisoning.
