目的:探讨丹参注射液用于预防经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)后再狭窄的可能性。方法:利用Fishman空气干燥法建立了大鼠的动脉损伤模型,观察丹参注射液对动脉损伤后内膜增生的影响。结果:丹参治疗组的动脉最大内膜厚度〔(18.73±1.82)μm〕与对照组动脉最大内膜厚度〔(80.17±23.49)μm〕比较明显减薄,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:丹参注射液可能具有预防PTCA后动脉再狭窄的作用。
Objective: To investigate the possibility of Danshen injection in preventing restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). METHODS: A rat model of arterial injury was established using the Fishman air-drying method. The effects of Danshen injection on intimal hyperplasia after arterial injury were observed. Results: The arterial maximum intimal thickness [(18.73±1.82) μm] of the salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group was significantly thinner than that of the control group (80.17±23.49) μm. Significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection may prevent arterial restenosis after PTCA.
