基于某润滑油加氢装置现行的换热网络,利用夹点技术对其进行分析改造,得到了较好的节能效果。以系统总费用最小为目标,求得最优夹点温差为20℃;以夹点温差为20℃,计算得出该装置换热网络的夹点平均温度为186.9℃,最小热公用工程量为2995 kW,最小冷公用工程量为7755 kW;针对换热网络不合理的情况提出了优化改造方案,该方案可实现节约热公用工程2881 kW,占现行热共用工程的43.0%,节约冷公用工程2881 kW,占现行冷公用工程的25.1%,节能效果显著。
Based on the existing heat exchange network of a hydrogenation unit of lubricating oil, the paper is analyzed and modified by using the pinch point technology, and a better energy saving effect is obtained. Taking the minimum total cost of the system as the goal, the optimal temperature difference between the pinch points is 20 ℃. When the temperature difference between the pinch points is 20 ℃, the average pinch point temperature of the heat exchange network is 186.9 ℃. The minimum heat utility quantity is 2995 kW and a minimum of 7755 kW of common cold works. An optimization and reconstruction plan was put forward for unreasonable heat exchange networks, which can save 2881 kW of thermal utility projects, accounting for 43.0% of the existing thermal utility projects, saving cold public utilities 2881 kW, accounting for 25.1% of the current cold public works, energy-saving effect is remarkable.
