硒是生物体必需的微量元素,具有良好的药理活性,建立一个简单、灵敏的测定生物样品中Se(Ⅳ)含量的方法受到越来越多的重视。在酸性溶液中,当有Se(Ⅳ)存在时,硝酸钠可将铁(Ⅱ)络合物氧化成铁(Ⅲ)络合物。本文详细地研究了该体系发生催化反应的各种条件,拟定了痕量硒的分析步骤,并将其用于中草药中痕量Se(Ⅳ)的测定。研究结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度,可测定0.002~0.4μg·ml~(-1)范围的Se(Ⅳ),且操作简便,试剂易得,容易推广,是一种测定生物样品痕蛳硒的好方法。试验部分
Selenium is an essential trace element of organisms and has good pharmacological activity. Therefore, it is more and more important to establish a simple and sensitive method for the determination of Se (Ⅳ) in biological samples. In acidic solutions, sodium nitrate oxidizes iron (II) complexes to iron (III) complexes in the presence of Se (IV). In this paper, various conditions for the catalytic reaction of the system were studied in detail, and the analytical procedure of trace selenium was developed. The method was applied to the determination of trace Se (Ⅳ) in Chinese herbal medicine.
