毛坯在加热时,表面会形成一层氧化皮。氧化皮要用各种方法除掉,因而毛坯的机加工余量必然要增大。采用保护金属表面的先进工艺-多膜膛锻压,制造形状复杂的空心体锻压件时,要求其形状及尺寸最大限度地接近成品件的形状及尺寸,这样就不允许毛坯表面产生氧化皮。乌拉尔机械制造厂为批量生产多模膛锻压钢件,在试验车间研制成室式无氧化煤气加热炉。该炉示意图,见图1。
