目的:观察辅舒良联用立复汀对变应性鼻炎伴支气管哮喘的防治作用。方法:将67例变应性鼻炎伴支气管哮喘患者分为联用组(34例)和对照组(33例),均经鼻喷入辅舒良,每天200μg,14d后每天减至100μg;同时联用组经鼻喷入立复汀,每鼻孔2喷,每喷137μg,每日2次;对照组用外观相同的安慰剂,每日2次。疗程3~6个月。记录患者变应性鼻炎症状、体征分级评分及哮喘症状评分.测定肺通气功能和气道高反应性(BHR)以及细胞黏附分子(ICAM)-1、血管活性细胞黏附分子(VCAM)-1的浓度。结果:鼻炎症状体征记分联用组治疗前、后每月分别为(4.8±1.0)分、(1.4±0.7)分,对照组为(4.7±1.1)分、(2.9±0.9)分;哮喘症状记分联用组治疗前、后分别为(4.8±1.2)分、(2.4±0.9)分,对照组为(4.6±0.9)分、(3.1±0.9)分。同组治疗前、后比较及治疗后两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。BHR分级同组治疗前、后比较及治疗后两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:低剂量吸入辅舒良的基础上联合应用立复汀可最著提高变成性鼻炎伴支气管哮喘的疗效。
Objective: To observe the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma with Fuzhenglian and Lifu Ting. Methods: 67 patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma were divided into two groups: the combined group (34 cases) and the control group (33 cases). All patients were given Fufangliang nasal injection 200μg daily, and reduced to 100μg daily after 14 days. The combination group nasal injection of Fuli Ting, 2 nostrils each spray, each spray 137μg, 2 times a day; control group with the same appearance of placebo twice daily. Course of 3 to 6 months. The symptoms, signs grading, and asthma symptom scores of patients with allergic rhinitis were recorded.The lung ventilation function and airway hyperresponsiveness (BHR) and the concentrations of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 . Results: The score of rhinitis symptom score was (4.8 ± 1.0) points and (1.4 ± 0.7) points respectively in the combined group before and after treatment, and (4.7 ± 1.1) and (2.9 ± 0.9) points in the control group respectively. Asthma symptom The score was (4.8 ± 1.2) points and (2.4 ± 0.9) points respectively in the score-combined therapy group and (4.6 ± 0.9) points and (3.1 ± 0.9) points in the control group. The same group before and after treatment and after treatment compared between the two groups were statistically significant differences (all P <0.01). BHR grading group before treatment, after treatment and after treatment, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of low dose inhalation Fu Shu Liang based on the combination of Li Fuping the most can improve the efficacy of rhinitis with bronchial asthma.
