随着对地方文化资源的挖掘、开发和利用,彰显浓厚民族传统文化色彩的博物馆也越来越受到人们的关注。由于博物馆在地方文化中扮演着十分重要的角色,于是其活动现状和发展前景也就必然成为文博研究工作的重要内容。作者归纳了东山县博物馆近30年事业的发展历程,基于对该馆现状的认识和事业发展的实践,对县级博物馆的发展途径提出一些建议。 With the excavation, development and utilization of local cultural resources, the museums that highlight the traditional ethnic culture are also attracting more and more attention. As the museum plays a very important role in the local culture, its status quo and development prospects will inevitably become an important part of the research work. The author summarizes the development history of the Dongshan County Museum for nearly 30 years. Based on the understanding of the status quo of the museum and the practice of career development, the author makes some suggestions on the development of county-level museums.
