【目的】用(耐)高温菌腐熟的棉秸秆与菇渣混合,基质化后进行番茄、辣椒育苗。【方法】添加(耐)高温降解棉秸秆菌,经过室内堆肥处理后,菇渣与腐熟的棉秸秆分别按2∶3、1∶4配制成育苗基质,分析该基质的番茄、辣椒育苗情况。【结果】菇渣与棉秸秆比例为2∶3时番茄、辣椒秧苗各项测定指标均显著优于对照(CK)。菇渣与棉秸秆比例为1∶4时番茄秧苗长势理想,辣椒秧苗长势较对照(CK)差。【结论】菇渣与经过高温降解菌腐熟处理的棉秸秆以2∶3的比例混合配制时,可以用于番茄、辣椒的育苗。
【Objective】 With (resistant) high temperature bacteria rotten cotton stalks and mushroom residue mixed matrix after the tomato, pepper nursery. 【Method】 After adding (resistant) high temperature to degrade cotton straw, after the indoor compost treatment, the mushroom residue and the matured cotton stalks were prepared into seedling matrix at 2:3 and 1: 4, respectively. 【Result】 The results showed that the determination indexes of tomato and pepper seedling were all significantly better than CK when the ratio of mushroom residue to cotton straw was 2: 3. Mushroom residue and cotton straw ratio of 1: 4 tomato seedlings grow ideal, pepper seedling growth than the control (CK) poor. 【Conclusion】 Mushroom residue and cotton straw that has been decomposed by high temperature biodegradation bacteria can be used in tomato and pepper breeding when mixed with 2: 3 ratio.
