Objective: To investigate the effect of cytokines on the adhesion of rIL2 activated cord blood lymphocytes to human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Methods: Count adhesion rate and APAAP assay cell phenotype. Results: The ability of rIL-2-activated lymphocytes to adhere to HUVEC was significantly higher than that of unstimulated group. The adhesion rate of the former was 56.52% and the latter was 24.54%. rIL 1, 2, 8, rTNF α can significantly enhance its adhesion, and rIL 10 adhesion rate decreased significantly to 38.12%; rIL 1, rTNF α enhanced CD4 + cell adhesion, rIL 10 inhibits CD4 +, CD56 + adhesion. Conclusion: The activated lymphocyte adhesion HUVEC significantly enhanced rIL 1, 2,8,10 and rTNF α on this process has an important regulatory role.
