以A356铝合金为对象,研究不同振动参数对其消失模铸造充型能力和力学性能的影响。结果表明,A356铝合金消失模铸造的最佳振动频率为20~30 Hz,振幅为0.10~0.25 mm,峰值加速度为1~2 g。
A356 aluminum alloy is taken as an object to study the influence of different vibration parameters on filling and mechanical properties of EPC. The results show that the optimum vibration frequency of A356 aluminum alloy lost foam casting is 20-30 Hz, amplitude is 0.10-0.25 mm and peak acceleration is 1-2 g.
