为了研究弧锥结合形药型罩材料对EFP成型的影响规律,运用LS-DYNA有限元软件,对紫铜、铁、铝、钨、钽5种材料的药型罩所形成的EFP进行了数值仿真研究,得出了药型罩材料的密度、伸长率对EFP速度、长径比等成型参数的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着5种材料密度的增加,EFP头部速度减少了61%;随着其伸长率的增加,EFP长径比增加了35.7%,因此需要选取适当密度与较大伸长率的药型罩材料以获得较佳的EFP成型性能。仿真结果为EFP战斗部的优化设计提供了参考依据。
In order to study the influence law of arc-cone-shaped drug-shaped cover material on the EFP molding, numerical simulation of EFP formed by the drug-type cover of five materials of copper, iron, aluminum, tungsten and tantalum was carried out by LS-DYNA finite element software The influence of the density and elongation of the drug-type cover material on the forming parameters such as the EFP speed and the aspect ratio was obtained.
