针对传统的半导体激光器功率恒控制方法一直存在控制精度低、效率差的问题,提出基于单片机的半导体激光器功率恒控制方法。首先,在分析半导体激光器结构的基础上,对半导体激光器功率控制原理进行详细分析;其次,以其原理为基础,对影响半导体激光器功率控制的因素进行详细地分析;最后,在恒控制过程中加入单片机,增加半导体激光器功率恒控制的稳定性,实现半导体激光器功率恒控制的优化。实验结果证明,采用改进的半导体激光器功率恒控制方法,相比传统的控制方法,其控制精度高、稳定性好。
Aiming at the problem of low control accuracy and poor efficiency, the power constant control method of semiconductor laser has been proposed for the traditional semiconductor laser power constant control method. Firstly, based on the analysis of the structure of the semiconductor laser, the power control principle of the semiconductor laser is analyzed in detail. Secondly, based on the principle, the factors affecting the power control of the semiconductor laser are analyzed in detail. Finally, SCM to increase the stability of the semiconductor laser constant power control to achieve the power semiconductor laser constant control optimization. Experimental results show that the improved semiconductor laser power constant control method, compared to the traditional control methods, the control of high precision and good stability.
