目的:研究周期蛋白B1(cyclin B1)在Barrett食道、Barrett食道合并不典型增生和食道腺癌中的表达,评定在Barrett食管中周期蛋白B1作为肿瘤进展标记物的临床价值,同时通过检测在Barrett食道粘膜肠上皮化生-不典型增生-腺癌序列不同阶段该指标的表达探讨其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法测定周期蛋白B1,实验样本取自Barrett食管25例,其中18例合并单纯肠化(SE),7例合并不典型增生(DY),食管腺癌(CA)12例,10例正常食道粘膜组织作为对照。结果:周期蛋白B1在研究组检测样本中均有高的表达率,而对照正常食管粘膜组织均无表达,相比差异有显著性,且在SE组、DY组、CA组的组织中周期蛋白阳性细胞逐渐增多,差异显著。结论:Cy-clinBl可能作为一肿瘤进展标记物来评估患者进展为腺癌的危险性,并可能在食管腺癌进程中起一定作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of cyclin B1 in Barrett’s esophagus, Barrett’s esophagus with atypical hyperplasia and esophageal adenocarcinoma, and to evaluate the clinical value of cyclin B1 as marker of tumor progression in Barrett’s esophagus. At the same time, Esophageal mucosa intestinal metaplasia - atypical hyperplasia - adenocarcinoma of the different stages of the expression of the index to explore its relationship with tumor development. Methods: Cyclin B1 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The samples were taken from 25 cases of Barrett ’s esophagus. Eighteen cases were complicated with intestinal metaplasia (SE), 7 cases with atypical hyperplasia (DY) and 12 cases with esophageal adenocarcinoma (CA) , 10 cases of normal esophageal mucosa as a control. Results: The expression of cyclin B1 was high in the study group, but not in the normal esophageal mucosa. The expression of cyclin B1 in SE group, DY group and CA group was higher than that in the normal group Positive cells gradually increased, the difference was significant. Conclusions: Cy-clinBl may be a tumor marker to evaluate the risk of progression to adenocarcinoma and may play a role in esophageal adenocarcinoma progression.
