制备出了长径比为 2 5∶1的Zr4 1 Ti1 4Cu1 2 .5Ni1 0 Be2 2 .5大块非晶合金棒 .测定了该非晶合金的热膨胀系数 ,研究了结构弛豫对该合金的硬度和膨胀性能的影响 .通过热膨胀法测定了该非晶合金适合于超塑性变形的温度范围 ,进行了该大块非晶合金的超塑性变形 . Zr4 1 Ti1 4Cu1 2 .5Ni1 0 Be2 2 .5 bulk amorphous alloy rods with an aspect ratio of 25: 1 were prepared.The thermal expansion coefficient of the amorphous alloy was measured and the effect of structural relaxation on the Hardness and expansion properties of the bulk amorphous alloy were investigated.The thermal deformation of the bulk amorphous alloy was measured by thermal expansion method in the temperature range suitable for superplastic deformation.
