在我国教育事业逐步发展,义务教育不断深入的过程中,对中学教师管理班级提出了更严格的要求。班级管理并不是单纯的将学生作为被管理的对象,而是需要根据学生自身特点与成长需要引导学生自我成长。而这就要求了中学班级管理的过程中需要与德育相互结合。班级既属于教师开展教学活动的基础单元,同时也是学生学习的重要场所。中学教师在班级管理的过程将德育教育参差于其中,可以获得良好的效果。本文就中学班级管理与德育教育相互结合进行简单的分析。
