驱蚊剂研究的目标是在于探索蚊子、宿主和药物之间相互关系的规律,从中寻找高效、低毒、价廉的驱蚊药物,提供蚊子等有害昆虫猖獗地区人民使用,作为预防疟疾等传染病流行的一种手段。然而在实验室或现场断定涂抹型驱蚊剂在皮肤上驱蚊效果时,涉及的干扰因素颇多,大致可归纳为以下几个方面:其一,实验对象如人或动物对蚊子各具特异性和敏感性,同一药物涂于不同受试个体和不同种属动物皮肤时,对蚊子驱避效果相差甚大。其二,实验条件如温度、相对湿度、风速、蚊种和蚊子密度对蚊子趋向皮肤攻击力有明显的影响。其三,药物性状如药物理化特点、剂型等导致药物在皮肤上挥发、吸收、分解等存在着显著关系。因而国内各实验组在驱蚊剂研究中,或由于试验的目的不
