曳引力是电梯设计中最重要的参数之一,也是考量一个电梯安全、舒适及稳定性的重要因素,如果曳引力不足就会发生打滑、溜车等现象,不仅无法满足电梯生产厂家的设计要求,而且容易造成安全事故,给乘客造成极大的心理恐慌。本期讲座邀请上海市特种设备监督检验技术研究院工程师任昭霖,为大家介绍一起电梯曳引力不足案例,通过分析、计算找出导致曳引力失效的原因,并提出了改善电梯曳引能力的措施和建议。
Traction force is one of the most important parameters in the elevator design. It is also an important factor to consider the safety, comfort and stability of an elevator. If the traction force is insufficient, skidding and rolling off will occur. Not only the design requirements of the elevator manufacturer can not be satisfied , But also easily lead to safety accidents, causing great psychological panic to passengers. This seminar invites Ren Zhaolin, engineer of Shanghai Special Equipment Inspection and Supervision Institute of Technology, to introduce a case of insufficient elevator traction force. Through analysis and calculation, the reasons for the failure of traction force are found, and the measures to improve the elevator traction capacity are put forward. Suggest.
