目的:观察五子衍宗丸盐制品对大鼠生殖功能的影响,拟阐明盐炙入肾,增强补肾生精作用的机制。方法:采用腺嘌呤复制大鼠肾精亏虚模型,以睾丸指数、精子密度和活率为指标,观察五子衍宗丸中药物盐制前后其补肾生精作用的变化。结果:模型组体质量、睾丸指数、精子密度以及精子活率均显著低于空白对照组。五子衍宗丸生品高剂量组(2.4 g/kg)对腺嘌呤所致肾精亏虚大鼠体质量、睾丸指数、精子密度和精子活率具有升高的作用趋势;五子衍宗丸盐制品中剂量组(1.2 g/kg)、高剂量(2.4 g/kg)组均对腺嘌呤所致肾精亏虚大鼠体质量、睾丸指数、精子密度和精子活率具有显著升高的作用(P<0.01)。结论:五子衍宗丸中药物盐制后补肾生精作用强于五子衍宗丸生品及五子衍宗丸成药,且呈一定的量效关系,证实了盐炙入肾,增强疗效的科学性。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wuzi Yanzongwan salt products on reproductive function in rats, and to elucidate the mechanism of Salt Sunburn into the kidney and enhance kidney spermatogenesis. Methods: Adenine-induced renal dextrorotatory model was used in rats. The indexes of testis, sperm density and viability were used as indexes to observe the effect of kidney tonifying spermatogenesis before and after the salt treatment of Wuzi Yanzong pill. Results: Body mass, testicular index, sperm density and sperm motility in the model group were significantly lower than those in the blank control group. Wuziyanzong pill high-dose group of raw materials (2.4 g / kg) on the body weight, testis index, sperm density and sperm motility of rats with renal-induced deficiency of adenine have an increasing role in the trend; Wuzi Yan Zongwan salt products The body weight, testicular index, sperm density and sperm motility of rats with renal deficiency caused by adenine were significantly increased in the dose group (1.2 g / kg) and high dose (2.4 g / kg) groups <0.01). CONCLUSION: The effect of salt prescription of Wushen Yanzong Pills on kidney after birth is stronger than those of Wusi Yanzong Pill and Wusi Yanzong Pills. It shows some dose-effect relationship, confirming the scientificalness of salt-burning and kidney-invigoration.
