1 顶升前的注意事项 1)顶升作业应在白天进行,如果遇特殊情况,需要在夜间作业时,必须备有充足的照明设备。 2)顶升前必须放松电缆,使电缆放松长度略大于总的爬升高度,并做好电缆的紧固工作。 3)应按塔机说明书规定仔细、耐心地调整顶升部分重心位置,使其重心线位于顶升油缸轴线上。保证顶升平稳,减轻液压系统负荷。确定重心位置时,应参考塔机说明书给出的位置,通过试顶升5～10mm,仔细观察顶升与被顶升部分的间隙是否均匀和压力表读数是否最小来实际确定调整位置。 4)顶升前液压管路应充分排气,油液应保持清
