应用细胞增殖动力学和流式细胞分析术检测入白细胞干扰素对人鼻咽癌上皮样细胞株(CNE)的作用。结果表明干扰素抑制CNE细胞的增殖,并使CNE细胞的DNA含量由超三倍体分化成近三倍体类型。用干扰素400IU/ml后,2d内G2+M和G1时相时间延长;干扰素1200IU/ml用药后2~6d内G1时相时间长于低剂量组,且用药后2~8d内S时相时间缩短。因鼻咽癌是以放射治疗为主的疾病,而S时相细胞对放射抗拒,故干扰素在鼻咽癌的治疗中可能有一定的应用价值。
Cell proliferation kinetics and flow cytometry were used to detect the effect of IFN-γ on human nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line (CNE). The results indicate that interferon inhibits the proliferation of CNE cells and causes the DNA content of CNE cells to differentiate from the triploid to the nearly triploid type. After treated with 400IU / ml interferon, G2 + M and G1 phase prolonged within 2d; G1 phase time was longer than low dose group within 2 ~ 6d after treatment with 1200IU / ml, and S phase time was shortened within 2 ~ 8d after treatment . Due to nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a radiation-based disease, and S-phase cells on the radiation resistance, so interferon in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma may have some value.
