为明确沿海滩涂上氮肥运筹对马齿苋生长及土壤养分的影响,通过田间小区试验研究了4个氮肥运筹水平对马齿苋产量形成、植株离子分布、光合荧光以及土壤养分的影响。结果表明:施氮能显著提高马齿苋的鲜菜产量,其中N2(150 kg/hm2)处理与不施氮相比,鲜菜产量提高了46.3%;施用氮肥,马齿苋根、茎、叶中的Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+离子积累量提高,尤其是N3(225 kg/hm2)处理下,Na+比对照增加93.3%;施氮可以显著提高马齿苋光合荧光能力,净光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度以及Fo、Fm、Fv/Fo在N2、N3水平下显著增加;施氮能够增加土壤养分,土壤微生物氮、碳含量以及土壤全氮含量在N2(150 kg/hm2)水平下分别比对照增加74.5%、61.7%、44.4%。
In order to clarify the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application on the growth and soil nutrients of purslane along coastal beach, the effects of four nitrogen application levels on the yield formation, plant ion distribution, photosynthetic fluorescence and soil nutrient of purslane were studied through field plot experiments. The results showed that the yield of fresh purslane was significantly increased by nitrogen application. The yield of fresh vegetable increased by 46.3% in N2 (150 kg / hm2) compared with no nitrogen application. The accumulation of Na +, K +, Ca2 + and Mg2 + in leaves increased, especially that of N3 (225 kg / hm2) increased by 93.3% compared with the control. Nitrogen addition significantly increased the photosynthetic fluorescence ability, net photosynthetic rate, The intercellular CO2 concentration, Fo, Fm and Fv / Fo increased significantly at N2 and N3 levels. Nitrogen addition increased the contents of soil nutrients, soil microbial nitrogen and carbon, and soil total nitrogen at N2 (150 kg / hm2) 74.5%, 61.7% and 44.4% more than the control.
