目的:观察强肌健力口服液对实验性脾虚小鼠脾脏、胸腺、肾脏和肝脏超微结构的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、脾虚模型组、强肌健力组和四君子汤组,比较各组脾脏的脾小体中淋巴细胞、胸腺皮质淋巴细胞、肾近曲小管及肝细胞的超微结构的变化。结果:正常对照组脾小体中淋巴细胞、胸腺皮质淋巴细胞、肾近曲小管及肝细胞的超微结构正常;脾虚模型组的超微结构有明显的病变,肝细胞的超微结构未出现明显的变化;强肌健力组及四君子汤组脾小体中淋巴细胞、胸腺皮质淋巴细胞、肾近曲小管的的超微结构接近正常对照组。结论:强肌健力口服液对脾虚小鼠受损的脾脏、胸腺、肾脏的超微结构具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qiangji Jianli oral liquid on the ultrastructure of spleen, thymus, kidney and liver in experimental spleen deficiency mice. METHODS: Mice were randomly divided into normal control group, spleen-deficiency model group, Qiangji Jianli group and Sijunzi decoction group. The splenic corpuscles of the spleen were compared with lymphocytes, thymic cortical lymphocytes, renal proximal tubules, and hepatocytes. The ultrastructural changes. Results: The ultrastructure of splenic lymphocytes, thymic cortical lymphocytes, renal proximal tubules and hepatocytes in the normal control group was normal; the ultrastructure of the spleen deficiency model group had obvious lesions, and the ultrastructure of hepatocytes did not appear. Significant changes; Ultrastructure of lymphocytes, thymic cortical lymphocytes, and renal proximal tubules in the spleen bodies of the Jianji Jianli and Sijunzi decoction groups were similar to the normal control group. Conclusion: Qiangji Jianli Oral Liquid has protective effect on spleen, thymus and kidney ultrastructure of spleen deficiency mice.
