目的:调查心尖球形综合征(takotsubo cardiomyopathy,TTC)研究文献,分析当前该主题的研究热点。方法:对PubMed数据库中2009~2011年发表的有关TTC的文献进行调查分析,统计主要主题词出现的频次,截取频次大于6次的主题词作为高频次主题词。两两统计高频次主题词在同一篇文献中出现的频率,形成主题词词篇矩阵,利用SPSS统计软件对矩阵进行聚类分析,通过分析各类的文献内容得到该主题的研究热点。结果:共检出近3年发表的有关TTC论文646篇,出现频次超过6次的主题词为34个,其中出现频次最高的主题词为TTC的诊断(为228次),通过对这34个高频次主题词聚类分析得到10个研究热点。结论:肾上腺肿瘤与TTC发病的关系、药物诱导的TTC、TTC发病与基因、TTC胸痛及冠脉病理、TTC的MRI诊断与药物治疗、TTC并发症、TTC与长QT间期综合征的关系及与心肌梗死的鉴别诊断、超声及放射性核素成像对TTC心功能的评价、TCC的放射诊断、治疗及蛛网膜下腔出血并发症与TCC,均为近3年TTC的研究热点。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the literature of the study of takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TTC) and analyze the current research hotspot of this topic. Methods: The literature about TTC published in PubMed database from 2009 to 2011 was investigated and analyzed. The frequency of appearance of main keywords and the keywords with interception frequency of more than 6 were counted as high frequency subheadings. The frequency of occurrence of the two or more high-frequency keywords in the same document form the matrix of thematic words and phrases. The SPSS statistical software is used to cluster the matrices. By analyzing various types of literature contents, the research hotspots of the topic are obtained. Results: A total of 646 TTC papers were published in the recent 3 years, with 34 occurrences of frequency more than 6 times. Among them, the most frequently occurring keyword was TTC diagnosis (228 times) High frequency sub-topic cluster analysis obtained 10 research hot spots. Conclusion: The relationship between adrenal tumor and TTC, drug-induced TTC, TTC and gene, TTC chest pain and coronary pathology, MRI diagnosis and treatment of TTC, TTC complications, TTC and long QT syndrome The differential diagnosis of myocardial infarction, ultrasound and radionuclide imaging on TTC cardiac function evaluation, TCC radiation diagnosis, treatment and complications of subarachnoid hemorrhage and TCC, are nearly 3 years of research focus of TTC.
